Hermaca - Discord Music Bot

By inviting or using the Discord music bot ("Hermaca"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the server you manage.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

The Bot's code, design, and brand are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Bot or its components without explicit permission. Third-party content (e.g., music, lyrics) is the property of its respective owners, and you are responsible for complying with their licenses.

The Bot integrates with third-party services (Spotify, YouTube, Genius, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your interaction with those services.
We strive to keep the Bot operational 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or copyright claims related to music played through the Bot.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Bot.
We reserve the right to ban you or your server from using the Bot for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
